- Hotel Accommodations: What hotel accommodations are available?
- Venue at no cost: Please describe the venue that is available.
- Affordable Lunch Options: Please describe the lunch options available and approximate cost.
- # Nearby Schools that might be interested in driving to attend: Please list those schools.
- Please tell us anything else that would make your school a great place to host the next Networking Event.
Host Institutions must be prepared to provide a venue for 100-150 attendees, two rooms for break-out presentations, a venue for poster presentations, and lunch. They also will need to assist attendees with finding housing, and transport to-and-from airport.
